Position: Patient Care Coordinator

We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and billing information.
Assist with clinic operations, including inventory management and organizing clinic spaces.
Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Support practitioners and staff with administrative needs as necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (healthcare experience a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
