Position: Patient Care Coordinator

We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and billing information.

  • Assist with clinic operations, including inventory management and organizing clinic spaces.

  • Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

  • Support practitioners and staff with administrative needs as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (healthcare experience a plus).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.

  • A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
